Cancellation Policy

A 15 minute grace period allowed, however you must make contact with me regarding your delay or your appointment will be cancelled. No deposit refunds. A one time reschedule to avoid losing deposit with proper 3 day notice (Unfortunately the reschedule policy is NOT applicable to Maryland bookings due to out-of-state travel). No Call No Show will be treated as follow: Balance from missed appointment must be paid in full before a new appointment can be made. You must contact me beforehand . Please understand last minute cancellations (less than 72hrs)/no-show's result in loss of time and money and leaves no opportunity to fill the appointment. Thank you, Tiffany.
