Hair Care recommendation

  • Spray your braids, twist or faux locs 1-2 times per week with leave-in conditioner.

  • Wrap you hair with a towel when showering or bathing. (DO NOT USE SHOWER CAP).

  • Oil scalp 1-2 times per week (recommended oils to use are either - Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Olive Oil, Avacodo Oil, or Jamaican Black Castor Oil).

  • Do not sleep with hair in a ponytail.

  • To prevent breakage and preserve your hair, please watch my takedown video.

  • Before any install wash hair, deep conditioner with hydration, rinse, apply leave-in conditioner, heat-protective spray, and then blow-dry. Braid hair into plats to avoid puffing out before install.

  • Make sure to fully detangle your hair after a takedown and BEFORE you wash your hair. Watch my takedown video for step-by-step instructions.

  • After the takedown, make sure to have a protein deep conditioner treatment.

  • Please do not just comb out any knots during a takedown, watch my takedown with knots to prevent breakage and preserve your hair.

  • It is strongly recommended to removed any protective style that has a blend of synthetic hair in it at 6 weeks. 

  • 100% Human hair installs can be installed up to the recommended 3 months. 

  • After the complete take down (detangle, wash, conditioned and dried) You must wait 2 weeks before booking another appointment. This is in place to rest the your hair follicles and hair strains. 

  • During the resting time wear low maintenance hair styles that do not include added hair. Style such as two cornrow braids, twist out, braid out, blow out, spiral curls, bantu knots, etc. Just avoid adding any hair. If you decide to wear a wig please make sure its removable and allow natural sunlight and oxygen to your natural hair.
