Do you provide regular natural hair services?
No, I only install protective braiding, twist or faux loc installs. All installs have added hair.
Do you prep the hair before arrival?
No, hair preparation is during the start of your arrival.
If I cancel my appointment with notice but forget to reschedule, will I lose my deposit?
If you cancel you forfeit your deposit but if you reschedule, you get a one time courtesy transfer.
12 Year old and older.
Can I bring my own hair?
No, and outside hair is not accepted.
Can I work from my computer while getting my hair done?
Yes, WIFI is offered as well as a lap-desk upon request
Can guest come with me?
Due to limited seating and the current precautions of Covid-19, no extra guest at this time.
How long does my hair have to be?
Do you pretreat the hair?
Yes, optional upon request, I pretreat the hair with apple cider and vinegar.
Can I book over the phone?
No, all booking, pricing, styles and dates of availability are on the website.
If I reschedule my appointment do I lose my deposit?
Only a one time courtesy of deposit transfer is given.
