What Happens If I'm late
Please call ahead to let me know you are running behind. Everyone is allotted a 15 minute grace period. Appointments later than 30 minutes might be subjected to cancellation, but call to confirm.

If I reschedule my appointment, will I lose my deposit?
Only a one time courtesy of deposit transfer is given.

Do you offer home services?
No

If I bring my own hair, does it change the cost?
No, and outside hair is not accepted.

Do you pretreat hair?
Yes, upon your request I will pretreat hair with apple cider vinegar and water.

Do you provide Natural Hair services?
No, I only install protective braiding, twist or faux locs installs. All installs have hair added.

Can I work on my Computer while getting my hair done?
Yes, WiFi is offered as well as a lap-desk upon your request.

Can I book over the Phone?
No, all bookings, pricing, styles, l and dates of availability are on the website

Are breaks included?
Two 15 minute breaks are built into the time.

Do you prep the hair before arrival?
No, hair preparation is during the start of your service.

Can Guest's come?
Do to limited seating and the current precautions due to Covid-19, no extra guess at this time.

If I cancel my appointment in advance, will I lose my deposit?
Yes, deposits are non-refundable. I do offer a one-time deposit transfer.
